EMDR Therapy at RMC Consulting
Heal deeply. Rewire gently. Transform fully.
At RMC Consulting, we offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy—a powerful, evidence-based approach designed to help individuals safely process and release traumatic memories, negative beliefs, and emotional blocks that may be hindering their peace, progress, and purpose.
Whether you're navigating:
Childhood trauma or past abuse
Grief and loss
Anxiety, panic, or overwhelming stress
Relationship or identity wounds
Spiritual disconnection or self-doubt
EMDR can help your brain and body release the weight of the past—without having to relive every detail. Using gentle bilateral stimulation, EMDR taps into your brain’s natural healing process, promoting lasting relief, clarity, and freedom.
💛 Our Approach:
With compassion and care, we walk with you through the process. Sessions are tailored to your pace, and may include grounding techniques, preparation, and even Christian faith-based support (upon request). You’ll never be rushed—only supported.
✨ What Clients Often Say After EMDR:
“I feel lighter.”
“I finally slept peacefully.”
“That trigger doesn’t affect me anymore.”
“I can move forward again—with joy.”
💬 Curious if EMDR is right for you?
We offer a free 10-minute consult to help determine if it’s a fit.
📍 Sessions are held online via secure, private Zoom rooms for your convenience.
EMDR Therapy Pricing & Payment

🧠 Clinical EMDR Therapy Rates:
Initial Assessment + First EMDR Session (90 minutes total): Starting at $300

Additional sessions and treatment plans are discussed after the initial assessment.
💳 Insurance & Superbills
While I do not accept insurance directly, I do offer a superbill—a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
A superbill includes the necessary clinical codes and service details that many insurance companies require. Please note: reimbursement depends on your specific plan and benefits, so we recommend calling your provider beforehand to ask about out-of-network mental health coverage.
